Culture, Cruise & Oyster Delights
We’ll start the day with a boat ride across Fangar Bay to the mussel farm. There, you can visit the Maritime Museum, which explains traditional fishing methods, mussel and oyster farming, and the history of the area, accompanied by an audiovisual presentation.
We’ll finish with the following tasting menu:
-Steamed mussels
-Mussels with Grandma Carme’s sauce
-Mussel pâté
-Oysters on the half-shell
-Oysters with liquor (cava or vodka)
-Tempura oysters
-Oysters au gratin
